Where should my focus of schools be on (tier wise)?

Here is my school list- I added more than 25 BUT many of them have limited/no secondary essays. Also many of the tops except for a couple, I picked based off US news matriculated data which wasn't too far from my own stats.

Stanford- Dream
Cornell
Northwestern
Emory
Harvard- (just because no essays for secondary)
Duke - similar stats
Yale
Columbia
Upenn

UCSF - IS + no sec essay
UCI - IS
UCD - IS
UCSD -IS
USC - Alma Meter

MAYO - no secondary essay
Pittsburg
Rochester - no secondary essay

New York Medical College - no sec essay
Wake Forest

I was thinking about removing 2 safeties and replacing them with Arizonas since they are closer to home, i may remove albany
