Where to apply with these stats this summer, or should I just wait for the the next cycle?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
lolll, I heard she tries to make it so that only the best applicants apply so that the university can have a good "graduate acceptance rate". But the the rate is still fairly high so I assume she does slightly know what shes doing. Are my stats fine then?? :O
Yeah, your stats are perfectly fine. Do well on the DAT and you'll get plenty of interviews.

Yeah dude, your application is great. If you don't get interviews, I'd be surprised. I know people who got into dental schools with a 3.3
It's all about what the dental school wants, don't try to predict that just because you got a 3.5 that no body will want you. And if all else fails, you can reapply next year 🙂

You'll be absolutely fine. Occasionally you get a dud adviser, and you just have to ignore them.

Ignore your advisor. Apply broadly... You'll get in

The school should focus more on how many applicants get into professional schools, rather than the acceptance rate.

You're good to go with those stats. Apply broadly. Good luck.

Your stats are absolutely fine!
Lol, I've learnt that anything that prehealth advisors say should be taken with a grain of salt

I keep seeing stories of advisers telling people with good stats that they either have no chance or to take post-bac classes to boost already good GPAs. Why do students still use pre-health advisers when there is a plethora of good information online?

OP: A quick search around this forum will tell you that your stats are more than good enough to get accepted to a number of schools. Don't listen to your adviser. Apply.

The online info is likely just as "bad" as that received from "advisers"; besides, clicking the mouse require so much effort.

What is wrong with today's advisers??? They give such bad advice! You are a very SOLID applicant. Definitely apply! The only thing I could say is try to get a research job at your university or apply for some dental lab positions.

A couple of school you might want to apply to:
Temple
U of MN
NYU
Marquette
Maryland
Tufts
BU
LECOM
Creighton
