Hi there,
I am sure many of you are on the residency trail... good luck.
I am a canadian medical grad at Oxford on a Rhodes scholarship. I am wondering where I should apply next year for IM programs.
I am looking for something attainable, with strong research and clinical training, but that won't kill me, i.e. that will allow me to maintain some sort of life.
Anyone have any tips for US/Can programs that fit the bill?

Oh, my USMLE 1 was 244, whatever that means.
