Where to begin?

I'm having trouble even begining to learn IHC stains and how to use them. Any advice on how to begin to get a handle this topic?

Most people learn with experience - trying to learn all about it before you have a ton of real life exposure isn't that helpful. There are textbooks (Rosai, for example) that explain the procedure and theory. There are also websites which list immunostains and their uses
