Where to get private loans?

I was just wondering if you need more money than the school allots you for living expenses, where can you get private loans with decscent rates? It looks like I will only be getting $15,000 or so from the school to support a family of 4! 😱 Thanks for any help!

Do a search on this site for more help regarding finding private loans. You can go to many outside sources, but usually can only take out the amount certified by your school. It will be easy for me to live on the budget as a single guy, but I am sure it will be difficult to have a family of 4.

In that situation it would be wise to have as many people working (spouse) as you can. Also, I think I have read about families that sign up for wellfare.
