hi,
my ece gpa is 2.05 and wes is 3.2, toefl is 273 and i am waiting for my part 1 score, i check my mail everyday, it has been 2 weeks, i am sick of waiting, where can i apply even at this time when most colgs deadlines r closed already and most of the ones remaining dunt take wes evaluation ????????had great hopes on NYU, but they just got shattered, coz they will take only ece from this year,where can i even apply forget getting in anywhere?i have a green card though, and hubby doesnt wanna move out of the area.,not to mention major personal problems at home.........can life be more depressing????????? :scared plz help

Dont worry about the wes stuff , becoz nyu know that there is no score
standard for schools in india,so none of the evalutors can bring forth the track record in you so they dont consider that all alone .

major criteria would be ndb score ,toefl scores and clinical experience ,so apply with the ece score , you will be ok .

do you think i can apply to nyu with an ece of 2.05?
i read in one thread somwhere that a perosn with 91 got rejected by nyu coz her/his gpa was 2.4.......i wish what you say comes out true, thanks so much mekha for saving me for the moment!!

i dunt know why i am not getting my result, i called them up n they said my scores were mailed on the 21st of this month, this wait and all the anxiety is killing me.......

Dont worry, I took NBDE part I at Nov 21, and recieved my score report at 1/1/2006...!!!!!
anyway seems to be a good year...
wish you luck....
