i know this topic has been discussed in other forums, but i have a specific question: if i will start practicing in nyc in 2008 (and therefore require a nyc license), does it make sense to register for step 3 in another state (say connecticut)...can i register for step 3 in CT now and then apply for licensure in nyc in early 2008?
