Where to send ECE ...directed to.... ADA or to JCNDE

Hi,
I am a forgein trained dentist,I was filling the application form for NBDE part1 ..in there it is written that -


PLEASE NOTE: If you select a "graduate" status below, you must have a diploma to send or fax to the ADA for confirmation before your application can be approved.

Please guide me ......along with ECE ...Do we need to send or fax a copy of our degree too.

and secondly ... where to send ECE report ..i.e directed ...to ADA or to JCNDE
(as it was written on NBDE part 1 guide....to send it to JCNDE) But above statement on ADA website now confused me about ECE too ..... plz help

and yeah ...previously I was sending it to ... but now i dont know

You need to send it to ADA.after receiving your ECE,ADA will send you eligibility letter.

Yeap! If you have specific questions you can call them directly, I had to talk to them a few times and it was always pretty easy to get someone on the phone to answer any questions regarding testing/application procedures and requirements.

1 more question guys ...If application for NBDE is got approved I know exam has to be taken in next 6 months.. .. but how soon can we book date for the exam I want to give it in last week of may .....say if I fill the application in late march can I write the exam in last week of may ?

It all depends on location and availability. NBDEs are offered in Prometric Centers all over the country, if it's a busy location you might not find a date before one month or so, if it's not busy even within the same week you can get a date.

yeah right ..but i had seen on ADA website that we have to send all supporting documents to ADA and get our application approved atleast 2 months before NBDE exam ...that y I asked

anyways lets see how it goes .
