It would be useful to have more context. Was this a formal "known" postbaccalaureate program or a do-it-yourselfer? Did you earn any grades for the fall term and what were they? What will appear on your transcript: Ws, WFs, nada? What are your overall application cGPA and BCPM GPA? Did you plan to return and when and if so, will you be listing future coursework on the transcript?

I suggest explaining it in a Secondary essay, but it would be very helpful to have an LOR from the Program Director attesting to the challenges you had to face.
