where would I stand in terms of EC when I apply?

Volunteer (230 hrs): tutoring, other random volunteer
Clinical volunteer (400 hrs)
2 Clubs for 3 years
Shadowing (100 hrs)
Research (2.5 years)
golf, sports blogging, working out during summer
Job: 10-20 hrs a week for 2.5 years
Awards: honors college, dean's list multiple times, leadership award, Committee board member of AMSA, author in peer reviewed research publication

No but seriously, looks good to me. Just keep doing things you're passionate about.
 
Yeah, you're definitely good. The volunteering and clinical hours are amazing. Just make sure you can talk about all your activities during the interviews (which I doubt will be much of a problem). 🙂
 
Your ECs are much better than mine were. I'd say you're in great shape.
