Where would you practice if you where single and not limited to a geographical location? in other words what is the best state/city to practice anesthesiology, high income , low taxes,low malpractice,nice weather...etc

Locums does not afford you more money. Time and flexibilty it affords you but not more money.

Dude I have been to Guam, Saipan and Palau. That part of the world is crazy. No rules. I met a bunch of docs out there "starting over" they all had phillapino crazy stripper girlfriends. Cool place especially if your into diving and partying!

Perhaps my perception is skewed because I could easily show up on that site, but my impression is that the makers of that site are just jealous because the only hot girls they interact with are the ones they pay for.
