I'm unsure whether to submit to AMCAS.

I have several things that will not be complete for a few months

1) I'm taking late July MCAT.
2) My committee letter won't be finished for at least a month, and so my letters of evaluation and
3) transcripts won't be sent to AMCAS for a month or so

I have my own portion of the AMCAS completed (PS, coursework, etc). Does that mean I should submit it?

well if your transcript isnt going to be sent for a month (why not?) then you can hold off on submitting until it is.

transcript won't be sent until committee letter is sent

wait to submit your app then -- at least until it's closer to when your committee letter and transcripts are sent

If you are worried about not knowing your MCAT score before submitting, you can always submit your app. to just one school, and then add the rest later when you get your score so that you can tailor your school selection to your MCAT score. Once the application is initially verified (hence adding the one school), it doesnt take much time to send them out to the other schools you add. Good Luck!
