Jk... I'm a user there as well. I took an exercise physiology course with one of the best professors of my life, and here are some of the good points I took from him during that course.
-whey protein is good especially right after a workout, considering it is fast-absorbing.
-it can also be used as an appetite suppressant, as one shake alone absolutely kills your appetite for a good couple of hours
-whey is superior to both casein and soy proteins. The order is whey>casein>soy
