When I searched 3 year program, no interview, it came up with 4 schools. I'm not sure how up to date it is but it listed Ferris State, Albany, LECOM, and Midwestern-Chicago.
Verified Albany: PharmCAS, Early Decision Participant, Interview Not Required
If I read it right you have to have a BS to be considered for 3 year.

Transfer entry into the Pharm.D. program is available into our Accelerated Option only. Entry for freshman, Cytotechnology and B.S. programs will be processed by the College (
www.acp.edu). The Accelerated Option is a year-round program offering students the opportunity to complete their Pharm. D. degree in three years. This intensive course of study is available beginning in the summer semester. Applicants with advanced credit or a B.S. in a related field will be considered for this program

LECOM- Erie ,PA campus = 3 year. Sounds like "Assessment of verbal skills" (Interview) is by phone. Less formal, maybe not as nerve racking.
PharmCAS link to LECOM didn't mention if Bradenton campus was three year or not. Same application process for both.

Midwestern Chicago says it's a four year program and has a "Mandatory Cadidate Visit" with "group interviews".
After the Office of Admissions receives all required materials, the applicants file is reviewed to determine the applicants competitiveness for an invitation to attend the Mandatory Candidate Visit. The applicants file may also be placed on a wait list pending possible openings toward the end of the Mandatory Candidate Visit cycle. Beginning with the 2007-2008 Admissions Cycle, standardized, group interviews of selected applicants in person will be conducted at the Mandatory Candidate Visit. Applicants will be evaluated on their verbal communication skills, their understanding of the pharmacy profession, their commitment to patient care and other elements as determined by faculty.
It had a Non-trad program w/completion in 2-4 years, but "The Chicago College of Pharmacy has accepeted its last class in Fall 2006. Admission to the program is closed."

Ferris State appears to be 4-year now as well. "Ferris offers a six-year program leading to a doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. The entering-level program operates on a 2-4 format. Pre-Pharmacy is two years with the last four years spent in the professional program provided by the College of Pharmacy. At Ferris, Pre-Pharmacy is offered through the College of Arts and Sciences. Transfer guides are available for most of the state's colleges and universities. "

I'd say based on my research that Albany is the only thing that meets your criteria 100% (Though it looks like you'd have to have a BS to go that route. LECOM comes next closest, but requires phone "assssment of verbal skills"
