Which afternoon of the week does AMCAS take off?

I'm getting ready to call AMCAS to bitch to them yet again about why my application (submitted on 6/25) has not even begun to be processed--no course verification, red Xs, etc. I know they take an afternoon off during the week--I'm assuming this is to feed the monkeys they have working on the web application--so I don't want to wait on hold four hours on end when no on is ever going to pick up. Does anybody know which day it is that they are not answering phones. Thanks.

They close Thursday afternoon at 2pm EST. They don't leave you on hold - the message says they are closed.
