Just trying to find a list of the best perio programs in the US, and do some research about them. Do perio programs pay, or do you have to pay tuition for attending a perio residency just like how it works for ortho. Which schools pay best? Basically, any good information would be appreciated.

I don't think there are any.

Tufts is pretty good. Great clinical experience.

But it's pricey. Is it worth it? Probably not.

NYU and Harvard have some pretty big names. MCG and Maryland are also good programs.
