which came first?

cyanobacterial, protista, multicellular hetroterophs, multicellular photosynthesizes

i believe it is first cyanobacterial, protista, multicellular photosynthesizes and then multicellular hetroterophs

because heterotrophs are not able to make their own food. so they depend on other animals or plants.
is this order correct?

well...you NEED to know the heterotroph hypothesis. They came before autotrophs. Hope this helps a bit.
