Which Carib. schools offer clinicals in US after basic sciences?

Can anyone give me a list or a quick rundown of which carib. schools offer clinicals in the US after completing the basic sciences?

For example, I know AUC requires ~20month stay and the USMLE and clinicals can be done in the US.

are there any other good schools that do this?

Technically, they all do... Not that many teaching hospitals in the Carib...lol
