Which Categories to put Leadership Experiences

I currently have 2 leadership positions. I'm treasurer in a community service organization (club A) and volunteer coordinator of a Pre-med/ academic journal club organization (club B). Should I just list club A and club B in the extra curricular category, or should I list the clubs and my leadership separately (meaning taking up 4 slots). For one leadership position, I hold fundraisers while for another one, I am planning a mission trip. Also, one club (Club B) also comes with Journal clubs (its basically like a Physician Scientist Organization). Should Journal Clubs take up another slot?
