Which chapters in Kaplan need supplementation?

So I'm going over kaplan blue book and remember reading about some chapters needing some supplementing. If I remember correctly, the entire general chemistry and organic chemistry sections were sufficient, it's the Biology section that requires supplementing. So which chapters in the biology section of kaplan do you think I should supplement? Thanks

The physiology section needs supplementing. I had question on my dat that were related to physiology stuff that I have never seen. I even had a picture of slide of cells and asked where in the body they were located. Hope this helps.

Kaplan blue book doesn't have any plant taxonomy, is that the part that needs to be supplemented or can one skip plant taxonomy? Thanks
