Im debating which classes to choose next fall; this will be the last graded semester medical schools will see before I apply next cycle because my school doesn't release spring grades until mid-June (with transcripts being available in July, which is too late for me if I want to apply early)

I have the option of choosing 2 classes:

Orgo II (Although ive already taken Biochem I and OrgoII Lab)

English Literature (Ive only taken 1 semester of English so far, but have taken a few writing intensive courses)

History of Jazz (I dont have many non-science courses)

Biophysical Chem (Upper level science course needed for major, but can take it any semester)

OChem II - I'm surprised that you're asking this.

the orgo and the english go to the heart of what med schools are looking for in terms of recommended courses.

Applying to med school without the requirements complete is like trying to join the Army 50 lbs over weight.... yeah, you might slim down.... but they'll probably go for the fit guy with equal stats.

Does this also apply to English requirements, or would they be more lenient on this?
