Which EC should I keep?

Hi. I am a college student and I have very poor ECs, so I decided to join a club, but it turns out that I might have to leave it to do another EC. Basically, I offered my help to tutor a classmate but her only availability is during my club meetings. I don't really participate in the club's activities since I can only go to the meetings once every two-three weeks, and frankly I do not know what is even going in there anymore because I miss so much things. I want to drop the club and do tutoring instead. The tutoring will be payed and I thought it was a good idea to diversify my application, but will it look bad on my application if I drop the club only after a few meetings? Do you think I should keep it? Thanks!

You don't have to put the club on your application and attending a meeting every couple weeks for a few months isn't of much value on the application. Being a paid tutor would be a better activity for you now and for your application.
