i have choices for ECs this semester, they are clinical/shadowing experiences, or i can choose to work for $$ as a lab assistant/research. wut should i do?

Clinical experience is more important than research according to page 10 and 11 (http://www.aamc.org/members/gsa/meetings/holisticreview.pdf).

i only done community/clinical volunteering, kind of light on both. about 100 hours of the former and 50 of the latter. no research nor shadowing yet🙁.
