Which GPA do schools look at on AADSAS?

Hey guys
So I was looking at my gpa calculations on AADSAS and they give you two sets of gpa calcs, Inc. +/- and W/O +/-. Which set of gpa calcs do they look at the most? My gpa is significantly higher under Inc +/- then the without calcs and im kind of worried.
