Is this how the schools see it? If so, that's good news for me, my GPA jumps from 3.58 to 3.67 when using the w/o calculation (I have a lot more -s than +s).
Yes, that is what I have heard about how the schools look at it.
I'm guessing most people just post the highest one.
i posted the aadsas GPA with +/- even though my w/o +/- was higher AND my transcript GPA was higher just because my school used +/- and ultimately the aadsas GPA was being used to apply to schools.

I guess it just depends on the schools then. Most schools that I interviewed at seemed to care more about the +'s and -'s.
