i think its Gnrh....which tells the hypothalmus to release more fsh and lh...is this right? ne1?

During menses, progesterone and estrogen are low, so that means new cycle will start and GnRH will be high-->FSH...etc

During pregnancy, prosgesterone will be high and the newly fertilized egg starts releasing HCG...which indicates pregnancy. Shortly after placenta takes over releasing HCG/progesterone.
