Hi, i am a biology major and i am planing to apply dental schools next year but i am wondering which is more good looking on the application; shadowing or voluntering or having a dental-related job. Also, i am seeking research experience but i need some suggestions about where to find places offering research opportunities in New Jersey.

If you can get a dental-related job, you should go for it. You will have a killer LOR from your dentist, dental experiences...

I got my research through my school. You gotta email a lot of professors to see if they are doing any research and ask them nicely if they need help with their research... Doors will open if you knock.
