Which is more important the ACT,SAT,or SATII?

Well the ACT is more of something you learn from high school classes, while the SAT takes more innate ability. SAT prep courses may help you more, although I can't say for sure. For your concern, it may be better to just study by yourself using the handy blue and red books and practicing, practicing, and practicing. You might want to save that money to apply for the SAT/ACTs and college. 🙂
Colleges accept either the SAT or the ACT, meaning that they're both seen as equal in value.
I agree with the above poster in that if you're motivated enough, you won't need to take an expensive prep class. Buy the Blue Book, Red Book, and a few other prep books for review, and you should be fine.
The SAT II Subject Tests should be taken after you complete the corresponding classes. If that's not possible, then just research reviews for prep books and find the best one for you. These are important only if the college requires it, otherwise they're pointless. A few colleges require three, but most require two. These are of secondary importance to the SAT/ACT.

SAT = ACT > SAT II
You need SAT (seems to be mostly east coast or west coast where this is most popular) or ACT (midwest or middle state regions where this is most popular) to get INTO college.
Depending on the tier of school you apply to...you are required to show additional testing skills by taking SAT II's..most schools who even do require it, request you take 2-3.

I tend to like the SAT better, but the ACT can be used as well. I suggest trying the test that most people in your area are taking first, because then that means there will be more classes for that test available, and result in better quality of classes to choose from.
i really don't think you need a class...self-studying works fine for most people. spend your money on more test books. or maybe an online class would be cheaper.
from what i could tell, SAT II's were only required by rather competitive colleges...so check to make sure you even need them. i would imagine that each college has its own formula to calculate the weight of each kind of test.
but if you don't do pretty well on the act/sat, you probably won't be going to a college that requires the sat II's. good luck

In the end, you may just want to take all the tests, especially if you're looking at the extremely competitive colleges. For the most part, you can choose your best SAT, ACT, or SAT II tests to send to colleges.
