There is no preference necessarily. But I would say if you have a low GPA take the OAT to prove you handle the sciences. If you have a goof GPA take whichever you think you would do better on

I would guess most prefer OAT. Some don't even accept GRE, and for many the OAT is a significant factor in admission.
