Which job should I take?

A free master's degree is pretty hard to turn down. I would go with Job 1 unless you really really really like Job 2. They both sound good but money talks. You won't have to work there forever anyway.

Health marketing? Neither of these jobs will get you experience in that field. If you're looking into epi work or bench work, I think these jobs will be useful. The worst thing to do is getting involved with something you have no interest in pursuing and then realizing that you have no experience in the field you want to get into.
