Seems like NBME II may be the most representative (in terms of your score in relation to what you may get on the real test).

haven't taken Step II yet, but I thought NBME III was most similar to UWorld Qs (longer question stems and labs, etc.). Form II had shorter question stems and seemed fairly straightforward.

Since many say that the real test is similar to UWorld, then maybe NBME III is the best? i dont know . .
