which NBME?

I know there's been a lot of talk about the various NBME forms. But I'm trying to get an idea of which to take. I'd really like to get a sense of where I am for the test. Does anyone know which form is the most helpful/reflective of the real thing? Should I forget NBME and stick with USMLE World? It's really frustrating that there isn't a better way to gauge preparation for this thing. Thanks.
