Which of these could be a good diversity essay topic

Hi so I am in the process of crafting some med school essays and need some help on which experience I should use for a diversity essay/ diversity interview question. I also wanted to know if I should mention a different aspect of me that is unique if I get asked this in an interview, than what i mentioned in a diversity essay so that I don't repeat what i wrote in the diversity essay?

Possible things to write about:

Going to medical school through the military and practicing in the military as a member of a religion which is severely underrepresented in the military and has been discriminated against by few (personal experience)

Being an adventure seeker (snowboard instructor, mountaineer, search and rescue volunteer)

Not really sure what else lol

You haven't been accepted to a military program yet, right?

I'd go with being with volunteer Search & Rescue, provided you have some interesting anecdotes about your experiences. Bring up the snow and mountain skills in your description.

Ya I haven’t been accepted to a military program, I would be applying to one around the same time I apply to medical school. I really think it would have made for a great essay but I guess if it’s something I want to do in the future it wouldn’t be wise to bet on that being what makes me unique.
