Which one is more accurate, TPRH Verbal Workbook vs EK Verbal 101?

I've been alternating between both workbooks to practice verbal passages, but the discrepancy between the scores I am getting in each is confusing me. I keep scoring 6-7 in EK, but a 9-11. Are EK passages generally more difficult? Which workbook does a better job at simulating the passages present on the MCAT?
