I was choosing between NOVA and UMB, and went w/ UMB for a couple of reasons:

-city vs non-city environment
-a more recognized program
-various dual degree options

Nova is in paradise however....

Three great schools! For clinical I think University of Maryland is the best, in terms of research dollars.

If you want retail, then pick any!
