Which pain conferences consider abstracts for oral presentations?

From what I'm seeing, both AAPM and APS in 2018 only accept abstracts for poster consideration. Which conferences consider abstract submissions for oral presentations?

My residency program only pays for oral acceptances!
PS - not an interventional pain study, so the interventional conferences are not ideal.
