My lab will be attending a national research conference soon. We'll be presenting several posters, and my name will be on two of them. However, I will only be responsible for presenting one of them. Both posters will be publications in the coming months (both currently in review).

When listing research accomplishments on AMCAS, would I list both presented posters and the publications, or only the poster I was in charge of presenting and both publications? Is it redundant to list both the poster and the publication?

You could still list both posters even if you did not present them. At the end of the citation, you can simply state "presented by X" and make clear what your contributions were. I would also list both posters and publications (even from the same study) as they emphasize different skill sets.

Thanks for the tip!

List the posters even if you didn't present them. Write "(presenter)" after the author name of the person who presented it. You still did the work for the poster so you deserve credit for it even if you're not the one who presented it (which might be for many reasons, e.g. either they did most of the work or maybe the person who did most of the work had a scheduling conflict for that meeting).

Don't list both a poster and paper if they're the same project. This is a no-no in academic circles.

Thank you, I'll be sure to look into that thread for future questions as well. That thread suggests listing each publication separately - I anticipate having 4 by the time I apply. Would it be advisable to combine these into one entry on the activities section if I don't have space to list each individually? Or should I have the publications split as much as possible?

As I recall it says that each pub "deserves" its own space. Practically speaking, those with an embarrassment of riches like 4 publications end up grouping them in one slot (thus the advice on how to condense citations).
