Word of advice, don't use other's answers to gauge relative to what you want.

Ranking programs often depends on the individual. Some candidates aren't interested in research. Some want to live in a big city etc.

Unless a program had strong glaring problems, I wouldn't be able to judge it head to head vs other programs for a specific person.
