I am a current PGY-3 ophthalmology resident, and I think it would be a useful piece of information to list the programs where applicants felt the residents were the happiest. Also, it would be interesting to see the programs listed where residents were most discontent for whatever reason. This is a very important aspect that may be overlooked when deciding a rank list. In my opinion, it should be one of the most vital factors considered. I took these programs from scutwork.com, so I apologize if I have missed any

This should be interesting and possibly quite volatile....but I like the idea...
I think all of the current interviewees should try and add their input since they are the only one seeing ~10 or more programs each.......Let the fireworks begin.

And the clear winners are......
Emory and South Carolina!
P value: 10(just kidding, i didn't really do the math, just wanted to get the poll to the top of the list again)

Any thoughts on programs where residents seemed discontent? That may have been the better poll to construct. Interesting that my institution is in a 40 way tie for last place with Zero votes:(

That would be interesting to run this poll again...and list the programs with grumpy residents (or percieved to be that way!)
