which qbank is best?

for those of you who've taken the usmle and have experienced one or more of the various qbanks (kaplan, usmlerx, usmleworld, et al.), which one do you recommend? is it really worth paying extra for kaplan?

i haven't taken the test but a few of my friends screwed up step 1 after they had got really good marks in kaplan q bank
personally i think usmlerx and usmle world combination is better than q bank, and u can do about 4000 qs spending the same amount of money for only 2000 qs provided by kaplan q bank,
believe me i have done both q banks
