Which school doesn't accept community college credit?

I'm trying to decide which school to apply to, and I only have 2 classes at a community college, the rest of them are at a major university.

I know that Oregon State will not accept CC credit for A&P, Biochem, or Microbiology.

My 2 classes are the 2 writing classes requirements. The college I go to doesn't have condensed those 2 classes into 1, so I have to go outside to a community college nearby to take those 2 classes.
