That would be SGU, although the school says that by next semester they should be open for business as usual even though the island is still recovering.

No, actually the school that is in maine now is St. Matthews.

St. george is in florida or something.

Yeah, St. Matthew's in the Caymans relocated to their Maine campus- don't know much about whether they are staying there or going back.
As for SGU, the 1st years are in Long Island, the 2nd years are in Miami and St. Vincent(1/2 the year is normally done in Vinnie's, so they weren't displaced), the 1st year vets are in Raleigh, the 2nd year vets at Kansas State, and the 3rd year vets are at Perdue.
The Chancellor made an annoucement on Dec 2nd that we are ALL goin back to Genada on Jan 10th (with the new 1st term class(full size) coming in Feb(a month later than usual)). Our terms have all been extended ~2 weeks.
We've seen pix of the campus since we left and the campus looks great- but even when we left the campus was pretty decent- no real major building damage(the worst I saw was the roof of the main vet building -it was completely GONE), mostly roof, window, and water damage. The bigger problem (and still a big question) is how is the island- rumors goes from one end of the spectrum to the other- guess we'll have to wait and see!!
