GPA 3.53 o, 3.39s (upward trend ~3.7-8 past two years)
DAT 20 AA, 20 TS, 23 PA, 20 QR,19 RC, 19 BIO, 20 GC, 20 OC
Shadow ~ 100
Volunteering ~ 150
Work: Dental Assistant (not sure if this counts as shadow) ~500 hours
Research: I'm starting my internship in a lab this week, and I'm not sure if I can add this to my aadsas yet. If possible I will, but probably after a bit of hours.

I'd drop Columbia. Your DAT is too low for their liking. I also feel like I've seen others say Washington isn't too OOS friendly.
