Which schools accept the most nonresidents?

Is the number on the left the total out of state applied or the grand total applied? I assume it's just the out of state ....

My guess is that the left number is the # that apply from OOS and the right number is the # that matriculate from OOS. Schools usually don't give out the number they accept, just the number that matriculate. You can usually assume that they accept 1.5-2 times the number that matriculate out of state. (This is just a guess based on the fact that most people will choose their in-state over an out-of-state acceptance. But I am the exception to that rule. ;))
 
Left column is non-resident applicants and the right column is the number who matriculated.
