I agree and without a doubt plan on disclosing every piece of information. When calling these schools, my question was whether or not I had to disclose it since it was dismissed.

This has been discussed before. Certiphi does not see charges which were expunged, but they will see dismissed charges. If you don't want to look like you're hiding something you should expunge or disclose.
