According to the 42nd edition, "Official Guide to Dental Schools", by the ADEA:
The following schools seem to favor high DAT scores (based on averages),
UOP (obviously)
Harvard School of Dental Medicine (also high gpa required)
University of California, Los Angeles (high gpa needed too)
University of Illinois at Chicago (not much diff between DAT and GPA though)
Colombia University - (again, high gpa average too)
Besides UOP, I've noticed that prety much every other school that have high DAT averages also have high GPA averages. This of course does make sense, since most students with high GPA's probably have high DAT's.
UOP average science GPA was 3.17 and their academic average for the DAT score was 20.6
