Which schools have a two week limit for secondary applications?

I've heard that many schools only give you two weeks to complete the secondary, but I can't find a list anywhere. Is there somewhere I can look for this?

The only hard and fast one is Michigan State. I think CWRU is pretty flexible with their 2 week turn around deadline.
