Which Schools to Apply?!?!?

Need help determining which schools to apply to. I am confused which schools would even consider me. Any help/suggestion/opinion would be greatly appreciated. I am a Texas Resident

I have a 3.55 GPA in my 4 year university. Before I started taking courses in a 4 year university, I was attending a community college and my GPA over there was 2.91. I have an upward trend on my GPA graph which leads to a over GPA of 3.16.

My basic science courses (Bio, Chem, OChem, & Physics) are from a community college. Upper level science courses (A&P I and II, BioChem, Mol Cell, Microbiology, Nueroscience) are from the 4 year university and I have A's & B's.

I know a descent amount of dental schools (if not all) wont accept science courses from a community college. Have you called and asked them about this? I only ask because I am graduating from my university in December, and I still have to take O Chem 2. I called about 13 schools and just about every one said its fine, as long as I dont take it at a community collge.

I haven't called any schools. I already applied to NYU, Midwestern, Arizona, and Temple University. I will start calling schools I guess. Thanks
