which SUNY is better?

Buffalo or Stony Brook? I posted this before but it did not get many responses. I am really confused with my choice because Buffalo people seemed a lot more friendly and warm however, it seems as if I would have a better chance of specializing in orthodontics if I went to Stony Brook. Any thoughts about where I should go? Thanks!

Hmm. I have no idea! I think they're both really good! I know Buffalo sorta screwed last years senoir class out of an awards ceremony- they punished the whole class b/c a few people used old board exams to study for the boards (Some schools GIVE old exams to their students so they can study), but I guess Buffalo Admin. got mad and threatened not to let any of their D4's graduate last year. But I think for the most part the admin. is normal.
I don't know anything about stonybrook..... but congrats on getting into both of the SUNY's!

i really think they're about the same.. i think i prefered buffalo bc of location, but thats just a personal preference. but as far as your opportunities to match well in a specialty, i think they're both solid
