Which type of surgeon has the highest chance of developing a messiah complex?

I had a fun discussion with a few friends that one of our buddies in residency was developing a god complex. He's in his first few years of general surgery training. This got me wondering --- which type of surgeon do you guys think has the highest chances of developing a god/ego complex?

Edit: Doesn't have to be a surgeon, can be any type of doctor

The ones who have an M.D. from Harvard, are board certified in cardio-thoracic medicine and trauma surgery, and are never, ever sick at sea.

I’ve rotated at a program that basically had to SOAP every resident because it was so lowly ranked as well as a program that was a top tier and matched only top 20.

Surprised to say that the former was way worse and toxic. The program match ivory towers was surprisingly wonderful.
